Hello! I am a licensed massage therapist, Master’s level mental health professional, and registered yoga instructor. I specialize in craniosacral therapy (see Upledger.com for FAQs, research, and case studies about CST), as well as intraoral manual therapy for oral restrictions (lip, tongue, or buccal ties) and TMJ dysfunction. I am also trained in the Gillespie Approach (craniosacral fascial therapy or CFT).

Yoga sessions can be 1-on-1 or in small groups up to 4, and may include breath work, meditation, and physical postures tailored to your personal needs and goals.
